Some people try harder than others.. who just complain and wait for it to come to them.
I ran 5 sessions in a large bingo centre and am still involved in the running of our cricket clubs bingo at the Coolaroo Hotel on Thursday nights 7pm start.If you see the same people winning all the time it is because they obviously play more books than you. Bingo cannot be rigged and the gaming laws in Victoria are very strict where all monies are to be accounted for. I know you asked that question as though the game is rigged as I heard it over and over again when I was running my clubs game at the bingo centre. The answer is NO and the way to win is buy more books.
